Robert Tan Chung Meng
Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman
Robert Tan Chung Meng was appointed Chairman of Wah Seong Corporation Berhad ("WSC") on 22 May 2002.
He has vast experience in the property and hotel industry. After studying Business Administration in the UK, he was attached to a Chartered Surveyor’s firm for a year. He developed a housing project in Central London, and was involved in various local development projects carried out by IGB Corporation Berhad and Tan & Tan Developments Berhad, in particular the Mid Valley Project.
Currently, he is the Managing Director of IGB Corporation Berhad, the Group Managing Director of KrisAssets Holdings Berhad and a Director of Tan & Tan Developments Berhad. He also sits on the Board of several private limited companies.
