The Wasco Energy Graduate Development Programme (Intake 2011)


If you are a new graduate with a passion for adventure and a hunger to learn, kick start your career with The Wasco Graduate Development Programme (GDP). Join us as a Management Trainee to learn business, management and operational skills in the oil & gas industry. This will also be your first step towards a positive and challenging career in our globally integrated energy infrastructure group.

The Wasco GDP is a structured programme of 3 modules spanning over 24 months. Each module will take you through a different work experience within our Group and at least one module will involve an overseas or outstation posting. Trainees will gain exposure in various functions and business divisions within the group as well as insights into our businesses. Formal classroom training will be interspersed with the assignment modules to accelerate learning and assigned mentors will help you transition into the programme and to navigate the Wasco organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Preferably Engineering / Business)
• CGPA of 3.0 and above or Second Class
• Fresh graduates and graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
• Fluent in English, fluency in other languages is an additional advantage
• Notable involvement in extra-curricular activities or social work
