HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) POLICY STATEMENT

In the Wah Seong Corporation we are all committed to the pursuit of ensuring no harm to people and no damage to the environment.

We will endeavour to prevent all accidents and to continuously improve our HSE performance through the active participation of all of our stakeholders.

The successful management of HSE is an essential part of our business and corporate culture and accordingly, to meet our objectives, we will;

1. Ensure visible and supportive management involvement in all HSE matters.
   
   
2. Comply with applicable HSE legislation and regulations and apply responsible standards where these do not exist.
   
   
3. Develop measurable HSE objectives and targets and appraise and report our performance as a mean of ensuring continuous improvement.
   
   
4. Identify HSE risks arising from our activities and reduce them to the lowest practicable levels.
   
   
5. Provide a safe working environment for all our employees and ensure personnel are trained to carry out their work safely.
   
   
6. Take a systematic and structural approach to the management of health, safety, and the environment based upon suitable management systems.
   
   
7. Conduct audits, and take corrective action where appropriate, to ensure the effective implementation of this policy.

We require that our Suppliers, Customers, and Visitors respect this policy, a copy of which can be obtained on demand.
