TAKE NOTICE THAT it has come to the Company’s attention that there has been unauthorized adoption and copying of the Company’s website/name/identity and passing of the same as www.tanchew.org, Tan Chew Corporation Berhad and Tan Chew Industrial Holdings Sdn Bhd (“the offending infringements”).

Members of the trade and public are hereby notified and forewarned that the Company’s sole and official website address is www.wahseong.com and that no person, firm or company has been authorized to use, hire, represent, change, copy, advertise, distribute nor solicit for any collection of monies, funds or payments, whether or not directly or indirectly via the Company’s website or any other medium/means.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the Company is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, expenses and/or damages suffered or incurred by any person, firm or company resulting from the unauthorized use, hire, representation, change, copying, advertisement, distribution, solicitation, offer for sale/supply or otherwise dealing through or with the offending infringements.

The Company will not hesitate to take immediate legal action to protect its rights and interest including commencing civil proceedings for injunctive relief, delivery up, damages and such other relief as the court may consider appropriate and may refer the matter to the enforcement authorities and/or the Police.

Any person having information concerning the above offending infringements or passing off is advised to notify the Company immediately, the particulars of which are as set out below:-
